Biz Travel Assistant

Travel assistant membership

A considered way to manage business travel.

Understand how the service works, what it can take care of and whether it fits before you discuss membership.

The process

Message, recommendation, approval, booking

Send the request in your own words. A person prepares relevant options. You or your authorised representative confirms. We then complete the agreed arrangements and keep the trip current when plans change.

01

Message

Send your travel plans by message.

02

Recommend

Receive a concise set of suitable options.

03

Approve

Confirm before anything is booked.

04

Book and support

We complete the arrangement and manage agreed changes.

Travel assistant membership

One membership. Everything confirmed before you join.

Membership covers continuing access to your travel assistant. Travel costs are always separate and always confirmed before any booking. Scope, fair use and support arrangements are agreed in writing first.

Membership pricing

Clear scope. Clear cost.

Membership gives one named traveller and one authorised representative ongoing access to BTA for agreed travel assistance.

Monthly

US$300 / month

Annual

US$2,500 / year

Travel and supplier costs are separate.

Team and high-use memberships are tailored following the consultation.

Where membership fits

Most useful when travel creates recurring work

Membership is most relevant when arranging and changing travel repeatedly takes time away from the traveller or the person supporting them.

Frequent travel administration

Flights, hotels, transfers and confirmations repeatedly need researching, comparing and coordinating.

Connected trips

Several parts of the journey need to work around meetings, locations and each other.

Plans that move

Schedule changes regularly mean flights, transfers or other arrangements need updating together.

Delegation with control

The traveller or assistant wants someone else to handle the travel legwork while retaining approval over what proceeds.

If your existing arrangement already removes this work effectively, the consultation can help determine whether membership would add enough value.

Included

What membership includes

  • Ongoing access to your travel assistant by message
  • Trip research and a concise shortlist of options per request
  • Booking the agreed arrangements after your confirmation
  • Check-in support where airline rules permit
  • Transfers and driver details, subject to location and supplier availability
  • Support when plans change, within the agreed membership scope
  • One authorised PA, EA or representative on a standard membership

Separate or outside scope

What is not included

  • Flights, hotels, transfers and all other travel and supplier costs
  • Supplier fees, change fees and cancellation charges
  • Requests outside the agreed scope — fair use is explicit from the start
  • Guaranteed availability outside the agreed support arrangements

Every travel cost is part of an option you see — with the total and key conditions — before you confirm. Nothing is purchased without your explicit confirmation.

Membership questions

The details people ask about

What does membership include — and is it unlimited?

Membership covers ongoing access to your travel assistant for standard travel requests within an approved scope: research, recommendations, booking after confirmation, trip preparation and support when plans change. It is not unlimited — fair-use and support boundaries are agreed clearly before you join, so there are no surprises on either side.

What support is available when plans change?

Your support hours and response expectations are agreed before membership begins, so you know what assistance is available when plans change. If your travel requires a different level of coverage, we can discuss that during the consultation and determine whether standard or tailored membership is appropriate.

Does this replace my PA or EA?

No. BTA is designed to give your PA or EA a travel specialist to work with, not replace their role. They retain visibility, priorities and authority while BTA handles the agreed travel research, booking administration, coordination and changes.

Are third-party travel costs included in membership?

No. Membership covers access to the service. Flights, hotels, transfers, supplier fees and change or cancellation costs are separate and always confirmed with you before booking.

Can several travellers or high-use requirements be supported?

Yes, through a tailored membership — for several travellers, several authorised requesters, family-office requirements or unusually complex travel. It is scoped and priced following the consultation.
